Examples of Recent Consulting Work

Featured Speaker at Cable Industry Leadership Program – Developed and delivered sessions on Power and Influence in Organizations that address the leadership challenges for people of color and women including bias and racism in the workplace. 

Faculty Leader, Black and African American Leaders Program – Worked with corporate leadership executives at a large banking institution to develop diversity leadership program for Black and African American middle managers from across the United States. 

Education Leader for Corporate Supplier Diversity Initiative – Developed capacity building and leadership program for minority supplier development program with National Minority Supplier Development Council. Delivered training sessions with both corporate and entrepreneurial leaders. 

Leadership Program Development – Developed the Redefine the Game Institute, a comprehensive management level education and career advancement program designed for Black business professionals and community leaders in Omaha, NE.  This institute will be rolled out in St. Louis and other mid-west cities in 2021. 

Innovation and Intrapreneurship Training and Development Consultant – Developed and implemented corporate innovation training and development program for a leading provider of cable television services.
